According to the Argentinean site Ole, Atletico Madrid are just the latest in a long line of clubs to announce their interest. After a great season with Villarreal both Liverpool and Arsenal has already reportedly had their attention piqued.
Villarreal are asking for £20 million and Diego Simeone is putting pressure in his club to pay what they are asking for.
As reported by the site, Vietto’s agent is getting ready to fly to Madrid for the Champions League final and perhaps to close the deal with Villarreal at the same time
The young Argentine striker, who is only 21, started his career with Racing Club in 2011 when Simeone was their manager, soon making it to the first team. After three successful years with Racing Vietto moved to Europe to play for Villarreal in 2014.
