The Premier League champions have struggled to get the best out of Cuadrado since his move from Fiorentina in the winter, and the Colombian international is already attracting plenty of interest from big clubs elsewhere.

Having shone with La Viola prior to moving to Stamford Bridge, Cuadrado has now been linked with Inter Milan, AS Roma and Napoli, as well as with long-time admirers Barcelona earlier this week.

According to the Metro, Chelsea could be willing to let the 26-year-old leave the club already, with manager Jose Mourinho keeping an eye on impressive Atletico attacker Antoine Griezmann ahead of the summer transfer window.

The French international scored 25 goals for the La Liga giants this season and has also attracted some interest from Manchester United in recent times.
