Manager Gareth Southgate was forced to trim his initial 27-man squad by four players which meant Tottenham defender Eric Dier was among those to be cut from the list.
However, as expected his club team-mate Kane is in the squad and he will be hoping to take his brilliant goal-scoring form in to the competition in hopes of firing the young Three Lions to glory.
The 21-year-old is joined by a player that could well be a future strike partner at White Hart Lane in Burnley striker Danny Ings, who is also a reported transfer target for Premier League rivals Liverpool (via Telegraph Sport).
Rounding off the squad includes spots for Everton defender John Stones and highly-rated Blues midfielder Loftus-Cheek, who received a taste of first team football for the Premier League champions during the final few games of the season.
The Young Lions are in Group B of the competition and face Portugal in their opener on June 18.
