Brazilian news website Ole reported the story, and claim that he assured his friends and family that he will follow through with the bet if the Catalan side emerge as champions.
He also spoke about the upcoming final, saying that he and his team mates were well aware that Juventus are a great team and that they had worked hard to make it to the final. “It will be a tough game”, he said. “We need to give our best. We are close to making history, but this will be the most difficult game of the season.”
Barcelona will win a treble if they are victorious on Saturday.
After also being questioned about Barcelona’s first class attack, which includes Messi and Suarez, the striker said he doesn’t know if they have the best attack or not, but that he feels extremely honoured to be part of club. The Champions league final will be played on June 6th in Berlin.
