According to Spanish publication AS [via Mirror Sport] the Juventus star will play his last game for the Old Lady in the Champions League final against Barcelona on Saturday evening.

Following the game he is expected to announce his intention to sign for MLS outfit New York City where he is likely to forge a formidable midfield partnership with former Chelsea star Frank Lampard.
