This is despite the 18-year-old being yet to make a first team appearance at the King Power stadium, and hardly having the experience to challenge Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs for the left-back spot at the Emirates.

Even so it is almost guaranteed that if signed he would be one for the future, in much the way the January transfer of Krystian Bielik won’t be felt until he develops as a player.
