The Algerian international has enjoyed another highly promising season in the Spurs first-team, showing himself to be one of the finest prospects in the Premier League.
Still, the 20-year-old is stalling on signing a new deal at White Hart Lane and is now attracting some interest from the club’s rivals, with Liverpool the latest to cast an eye over this disagreement, according to The Sun.
