Mexican sports network Univision are reporting that Manchester United striker Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez is prepared to listen to offers from the United States’ MLS, ahead of a much anticipated move away from the Old Trafford club this summer.

His agent, Eduardo Hernandez, said that he and the player had spoken to Manchester United, and there would definitely be no Premier League return for the Mexican striker.

He also claimed that the club would be willing to lower their asking price to help Hernandez find a permanent home in Europe – which is still his first choice.

Many MLS clubs have been linked with him in the last few months – but it appears that the front runners to land him would be LA Galaxy, Seattle, or one of the two New York clubs.

Hernandez will play in the Gold Cup with Mexico this summer, and that could delay any possible move.
