Macclesfield Town have joined the likes of Manchester City and Real Madrid in the race to sign Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling this summer, by starting a Crowdfunder to raise the required £50m!
The 20-year-old is known to want out of Anfield this summer after rejecting a new contract, and the Daily Mirror reports that Macclesfield have cheekily thrown their hat into the ring.

There is a long way to go before the non-league side can stand a chance of putting together a bid for the England international, but the move has attracted plenty of interest on social media from excited fans of the club.
