This led to rumours that he was set for a summer transfer away from Old Trafford, with Paris Saint-Germain [via Mirror Sport] and Bayern Munich interested [via Star Sport].
However, Di Maria commited his future to the club earlier in the month [via Manchester Evening News] and will be hoping to report for pre-season training next month with a Copa America winners medal.
