Real Madrid look set to sign Valencia defender Nicolas Otamendi ahead of Manchester United this summer, which will in turn allow Sergio Ramos to make a sensational move to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils will also have funds for the move by selling David de Gea to Real for around £30m, with the Spanish giants directly helping Louis van Gaal bring in one of the best centre-backs in the world.
