According to the Express, Brendan Rodgers is eager to sign SC Internacional’s Allan Rodrigues de Souza, and has tabled a £500,000 bid for the 18-year-old.
Allan impressed last season and is considered one of the most exciting young talents in Brazil.
The Express state that the Brazilian caught the eye of Rodgers when Liverpool took part in the Frenz International Cup at the beginning of the year, as Internacional claimed the competition’s trophy.
