Manchester United and Manchester City may have been handed a huge boost in their bid to sign Wolfsburg attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
The Belgian international is refusing to commit himself to the Bundesliga side at the moment, dodging questions about whether or not he will take part in the start of their new season.
Having previously flopped in the Premier League with Chelsea, De Bruyne is now regarded as one of Europe’s best talents after an outstanding campaign last season.
