PSG left-back Lucas Digne may have given the biggest indication yet that he is set to leave the Parc des Princes, having reportedly said goodbye to his teammates at Paris.

The defender was in the stands on Friday night as the reigning French champions kicked off their Ligue 1 campaign against LOSC Lille. The international played no part in the contest, as PSG began their season with a 1-0 victory thanks to a sole goal from Lucas Moura.

According to Le Parisien, the defender took the opportunity to say farewell to his teammates in the locker room after the match.

The full-back moved to Paris in July 2013 for €15 million [Le Parisien], billed as one of the brightest talents in French football.

Since then, however, he has struggled to assert himself, and despite winning a whole clutch of honours in the French capital, he has failed to dislodge Maxwell from the starting XI.

With the European Championships on the horizon, Digne is reportedly keen for a departure in order to play regular football and stake a claim for a spot in the France squad [Daily Express].
