Arsenal star Petr Cech made two major errors on Sunday, allowing West Ham to beat the Gunners 0-2 at the Emirates Stadium.
This was picked up by Chelsea fans immediately, after the 33-year-old joined their rivals in a much discussed move earlier this summer. Maybe they won’t be so worried about his impact on the Premier League title race now? However, the injury to Thibaut Courtois does still put a question mark over the wisdom of selling their number two.

Arsenal player ratings v West Ham: Petr Cech leads the way in showcase of mediocrity
It is a big blow to the North Londoners, who will have been hoping that the Czech Republic international could help their woes between the sticks. Moreover, one possible replacement, Wojciech Szczesny, has already been sent out on loan to AS Roma. David Ospina is still with the club, and took take over, as he did from the Pole in the last campaign.
Twitter users were quick to jump on the mistakes, and were merciless in their ribbing…
Cech bounced.

Remember when Cech made that one good save for Arsenal and they thought they’d win the league, World Cup, Super Bowl and X Factor?
