Tottenham Hotspur look set to make a £20m bid to sign West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino ahead of the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal.
The talented young forward, who scored 20 goals in all competitions last season, has attracted plenty of interest all summer, with Manchester City also recently linked with a move for the England Under-21 international.
Still, Spurs seem to be leading the chase, according to The Sun, and are determined to land him as a replacement for Roberto Solado with an improved offer of £20m.
