Tottenham Hotspur have joined the running to sign Southampton defensive midfielder Victor Wanyama this summer, according to latest reports.
The Kenyan international has been immense for the Saints since he joined them from Celtic in 2013, and is now attracting interest from bigger clubs as Arsenal also keep an eye on his situation.

The Gunners were linked with Wanyama earlier this summer and when he was in the SPL, but it could now be that Tottenham are the favourites for his signature, according to Sky Sports.
Spurs have been eyeing up a number of midfielders in this transfer window, and Wanyama looks a good option for Mauricio Pochettino, who initially brought the player to St Mary’s during his time in charge at the club.
