Bayern could hijack big Blues deal.
Bayern Munich are being tipped to sign £50m Wolfsburg star Kevin De Bruyne ahead of Manchester City, according to sources in Germany.
The Bundesliga champions are big admirers of the Belgian international, who flopped during his time in the Premier League with Chelsea, but who has sprung to life as a world class performer with Wolfsburg.
It had looked like this fine form could see De Bruyne make a big-money move to the Etihad Stadium this summer, with the Blues most strongly linked with him in recent weeks.
