Manchester City are said to be readying a huge transfer package to beat Manchester United to the signing of Wolfsburg star Kevin De Bruyne.
According to BBC Sport, City are offering the Belgian international a five-year contract with wages of around £200,000 per week, on top of a club-record £58m bid to his club for his services.
