Chelsea & United face competition for Prem star.

Paris Saint-Germain have made a bid for Everton right-back Seamus Coleman and had it turned down, according to a report from talkSPORT.

Chelsea and Manchester United have previously shown an interest in the Republic of Ireland international as well, with the player establishing himself as one of the best attacking full-backs in the Premier League.

PSG could do with more options in that area as they consider an upgrade on Gregory van der Wiel, who himself has been linked with a move to England this summer with both United and Tottenham.
