Gunners to make late bid for Samba star.
Arsenal are reportedly lining up a late bid to sign exciting young Santos striker Gabriel Barbosa, a player who has been dubbed the ‘new Neymar’.
The Gunners are also supposedly considering a move for Corinthians star Alexandre Pato, though the former looks a more worthwhile investment at the moment.
Barbosa, 18, has been hailed as one of the most exciting young players in the world in recent times, and the Metro is now tipping him to move to the Emirates Stadium.

This would be a very positive end to a quiet summer for Arsenal, who look in need of quality additions up front to challenge the likes of Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck for their place in the team.
