Liverpool defender Jose Enrique is set to join West Brom according to Sky Sports sources.
The 29-year-old Spaniard has struggled with form and fitness in recent seasons and hasn’t started a Premier League fixture for the Anfield side since last November and made just two domestic league starts last term.
Brendan Rodgers has preferred to use 18-year-old summer signing Joe Gomez as his first choice left-back this season and can also call upon Alberto Moreno and may well therefore feel he can do without the former Newcastle United man.
