Mourinho refuses to answer question on failed John Stones transfer.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho walked out of his post-match interview yesterday when asked about his club’s failed attempts at the John Stones transfer in the summer.

The Blues lost 3-1 to Stones’ Toffees side at Goodison Park, and the Portuguese coach was clearly in no mood for dealing with his club’s poor work in the transfer market.

As well as missing out on the England defender, Chelsea failed in bids for Paul Pogba and other big names, making mainly signings on the cheap like Papy Djilobodji or Radamel Falcao on loan.

Asked about the Stones transfer, Mourinho responded: “I’m sorry, this is too long” and walked out on BT Sport presenter Ray Stubbs, the Daily Mirror reports.
