10 goals in three games but Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski is hungry for more!

In-form Polish international Robert Lewandowski is keen to continue his fine goal-scoring run following an amazing spell that has seen the Bayern Munich forward score ten goals in three matches.

27-year-old former Borussia Dortmund man Lewandowski enjoyed a strong debut season at the Allianz Arena in 2014/15, scoring 25 goals in all competitions as Pep Guardiola’s side romped to yet another Bundesliga triumph, and has gone from strength to strength this term.

Guardiola brought Lewandowski on as a half-time sub during Bayern Munich’s fixture with Wolfsburg earlier this month and the lethal finisher duly scored five goals in nine minutes.

Lewandowski then scored a brace against Mainz, and in the process brought up his 100th Bundesliga goal, before scoring a hat-trick in Bayern Munich’s 5-0 Champions League win over Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday night. But bad news for opposition defences, the powerful marksman wants more!

“I can be happy that I scored more goals again versus Zagreb,” Lewandowski told Uefa.com.

“It doesn’t matter how many I score – I always want to get more goals.

“In the last 15 minutes, I had chances to score even more. It’s more important, however, that we won.” Lewandowski according to quotes covered by Goal.com.
