Arsenal are said to have been placed in a state of high alert ahead of a possible move for Real Madrid winger Jese Rodriguez after his agent warned the La Liga giants that they need to play him more often, according to the Metro.
Though he may be highly thought of at the Santiago Bernabeu, the 22-year-old has only managed to feature three times for the club so far this season.
Jese’s agent Gines Carvajal told Spanish publication Marca: “He needs to play more, that’s the best way to keep his spirits up.
“The club will have to make a decision. He’s training well, he’s strong and has to seize the opportunity when it comes.”
And now a report in talkSPORT claims that Carvajal’s comments have alerted Arsenal to the possibility of bringing him to north London.
