Cristiano Ronaldo will leave Real Madrid next summer but WON’T be re-joining Man United

Spanish football pundit Guillem Balague has made the sensational claim that Cristiano Ronaldo will leave Real Madrid next summer, but won’t be making his way back to Manchester United, the Daily Express reports.

United boss Louis van Gaal is known to be keen on bringing the Portuguese star back to Old Trafford, and has wanted to link up with him ever since taking over at the club a year ago.

Subsequently, the Dutchman is believed to be linen up a £92.5m offer in order to land Ronaldo (via Daily Express), but Balgue thinks that he will be heading to Paris Saint Germain instead.

“There is a strategy in place from his people and it looks like this could be the last season of Ronaldo at Real Madrid,” he told Sky Sports.

“It also looks as though Real Madrid aren’t completely unhappy that this is the case.

“This sounds amazing, when you look at the records he’s gained, probably the best goalscorer in their history, but perhaps Real Madrid believe he has peaked.

“I’ve got the impression these people are feeling PSG will be the best solution. I don’t think he will be at Real Madrid that long.”
