Chelsea owner is said to be eager to bring Bayern Munich boss Pep Gardiola to the club as Jose Mourinho’s eventual replacement, according to the Metro.

Mourinho has endured a difficult start to the campaign, but despite that he has insisted that he will not be losing his job any time soon as well as receiving the vote of confidence from the Chelsea board (via Metro).

And now according to German publication Bild, the Blues’ Russian owner may look to Guardiola should Mourinho depart, with the Billionaire prepared to offer the former Barcelona star an attractive financial package to leave the Alianz Arena.

However, the move may not go down well with Mourinho at all as he and Guardiola fostered a frosty relationship during their time in charge of Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.
