Man United star eyes exit for another Premier League side in January

Outcast Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes is reportedly to be keen on prolonging his stay in the Premier League, but with a different club.

Having been dropped completely by Louis van Gaal this season, the former Spanish international is eager to seal a move away from Old Trafford in the new year to put an end to his hellish time at the club.

The reason for his ostracism is apparently due to his inability to buy into Van Gaal’s ‘philosophy’ and his refusal to play for the U21s last season was met with furious wrath by the Dutchman, and Valdes has been left to freeze ever since.

Valdes’ agent Gines Carvajal told Spanish radio station 4g that they will be looking to get his career back on track in January, and revealed that they aren’t ruling out a move to another Premier League side.

“We will try to turn around the situation [in January]. It is logical and is what he wants,” Carvajal said.

“Nothing is clear at this moment because there are still two months [to the transfer window.”
