The Portuguese coach was not allowed to attend his side’s game at the Britannia Stadium, and had to watch from the team hotel, with rules stating he could not give instructions to his staff during the game.
However, the Daily Mail report that there is some evidence of messages being passed on between Mourinho and his coaches, which could land him in further trouble.
It has been a difficult season for Chelsea, who lost their seventh game of the Premier League campaign as Stoke snatched a 1-0 win this weekend.
