Arsenal star drops massive hint that he will leave in January

Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy has dropped his strongest hint yet that he is prepared to leave the club during the January transfer window in order to gain more first team football, according to the Metro.

The 30-year-old was recently brought back into the starting line up at The Emirates thanks to an injury to youngster Hector Bellerin, but he still remains behind the young Spaniard in the pecking order.

And this could lead to an exit from north London in the new year, as the France international looks to keep a hold of his place in the national team ahead of next summer’s European Championships (via Daily Mirror).

Asked about his situation, the former Newcastle man said: “I am dealing with it.

“I am trying to stay strong. We are going to remain concentrated until December, after that I will see.”
