Paris St-Germain and Real Madrid are interested in 24-year-old Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard, who could cost £80m, the Daily Mail reports.

The mega-wealthy French club, who bought defender David Luiz from Chelsea in the summer of 2014, believe they can convince Hazard to return to France where he previously played for Lille.

The Blues had a bid of about £25m rejected for Neymar in 2010, when the Brazil forward, now 23, was at Santos. He went on to join Barcelona in 2013 for double that fee, according to Sambafoot.

This has been reported in his biography, soon to be released through crowdfunding. The Ex Peixe supremo promises to describe the episode that saw Santos fight off Chelsea’s advances for the current Brazilian captain whilst he was still a teenager.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, 52, will not be sacked during the international break after owner Roman Abramovich decided against making a change at this stage of the season, Goal.com reports.

Goal understands that Abramovich is reluctant to remove Mourinho now due to a lack of available replacements, with top targets Pep Guardiola and Diego Simeone unavailable mid-season.

Chelsea will make a sensational summer move for Cristiano Ronaldo according to Madrid sports newspaper Diario AS.

They claim Roman Abramovich wants to build a new Chelsea team around the Portuguese international who will be 31 by the end of this season.
