Jurgen Klopp losing patience with Daniel Sturridge and says he needs to learn what ‘serious pain’ is

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hasn’t had much of an opportunity to see Daniel Sturridge in action since taking over in October thanks to a seemingly endless string of injuries to the England international.

The 26-year-old was ruled out of Liverpool’s Europa League clash with Bordeaux on Thursday night with a mysterious foot injury.

And though Klopp’s Friday press conference was a typically jovial affair, he made some interesting comments on the striker that can be read over at Empire of the Kop.

However, there is good news for the German tactician, who seemed to confirm that the injury isn’t a serious one and he even refused to rule him out of this weekend’s meeting with Swansea.
