The agent of AC Milan starlet Gianluigi Donnarumma has said that the youngster is worth £119million, according to the Daily Express.
The 16-year-old made Italian football history in October when he became the the youngest goalkeeper to play a competitive game in the top flight, and his form for the club since has led to interest from a number of top European sides including Chelsea and Manchester United.
Reports in the Italian media last week suggested that he is on the verge of agreeing a new £1million-a-year deal with Milan, and now his agent Mino Raiola, who also represents Paul Pogba and Mario Balotelli, has placed a stunning price tag on his clients head.
“I’d compare him to a [piece by Italian artist Amadeo] Modigliani,” Raiola told Mediaset Premium.
“He’s worth €170million (£119m).
“He has a great future. He’s an extraordinary kid and everyone loves him.
“He’s already a little champion but he can become a great one.”
