While transfer rumours linking Cristiano Ronaldo with a move to Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain dominate the back pages, his namesake Ronaldo has set about proving that he still has the tekkers to be considered among the best technical masters in the game.
Looking a little portlier than usual, not with the same spritely approach as he used to, and with a little more huff and puff than in the past, Ronaldo stunned watching fans with this remarkable technical showboat in an indoor clash.

The 39-year-old has been out of the game for four years since leaving Brazilian giants Corinthians in 2011. The latter years of the legend’s career were badly affected by injury and fitness concerns—a narrative that undermined some of the biggest years of his playing days, notably the 1998 World Cup final. In his prime, however, he was a sublime operator and a truly lethal goalscorer.

Maybe whichever of United and PSG miss out on Cristiano Ronaldo should consider moving for his namesake instead!
