Croatian international midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has apparently expressed an interest in joining Arsenal in the new year, according to the Metro.
The 23-year-old is currently on loan with Italian giants Inter Milan from Dinamo Zagreb, where he has so far bagged two goals in 25 appearances across two seasons, though it is being reported that the Serie A side have the first option on his signature.
However, if the side are unable to strike a deal with the player then the Gunners are waiting in the wings to bring him to the Premier League.
Reports is Spain are claiming that Arsenal aren’t the only side interested in his signature, though, with the likes of Everton and Borussia Dortmund keen on snapping him up, too.
An accomplished central midfielder, it is believed that he would be a suitable replacement for Francis Coquelin, who faces an extended period on the sidelines with a knee injury.
