Liverpool Predicted XI vs. FC Sion: Jurgen Klopp looks to return to winning ways after weekend humiliation

Posted by

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool will look to return to winning ways when they meet FC Sion away in the Europa League.

The Reds were humbled in the Premier League at the weekend, as they failed to build on their rampant 6-1 triumph over Southampton in the Capital One Cup, by falling 2-0 to EPL strugglers Newcastle.

Klopp’s side have already secured their place in the knockout stage of the Europa League, but will be desperate to see off any late challenge from their Swiss hosts at the Stade de Tourbillon.

Essentially, Tuesday evening’s bout is a straight shootout for top spot.

Sion need to win to unseat Liverpool, while a draw would secure first place in the pool for Klopp’s outfit.
