Struggling Chelsea superstar poised for £75m SHOCK transfer in summer

Having scored zero goals in any competitions, Eden Hazard has drawn the ire of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho on several occasions – and the Belgian superstar’s patience with the embattled Blues boss appears to be wearing thin. Hazard is still considered a world-class midfielder though and appears poised to make his early exit from Stamford Bridge in an upcoming transfer.

According to the Metro, Hazard is interested in making a transfer away from Chelsea to get away from Jose Mourinho – and Real Madrid appear happy to oblige. The La Liga giants will reportedly pursue Hazard in the summer transfer window with Chelsea setting a minimum sale price of £75 million.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is believed to be extremely interested in doing anything possible to land the star midfielder.

Hazard won the award for Premier League Player of the Season last year but has struggled to contribute goals on his own. He wildly missed a simple penalty kick in a Champions League fixture and missed the game-losing penalty shootout kick in the League Cup against Stoke City.

Chelsea are also in the midst of one of the worst Premier League title defenses in history and have yet to win two Premier League matches in a row in the 2015-16 season.
