Radamel Falcao will leave Chelsea for Monaco return in January

Chelsea flop Radamel Falcao will reportedly leave the club next month to make an early return to Ligue 1 side Monaco, according to French publication L’Equipe.

Following a poor stint at Manchester United last season, the Colombian international has once again failed to recapture his best form at Stamford Bridge this time around.

And having scored just once in the Premier League this term, he is being touted as making an early exit and returning to his parent club for the second half of the campaign.

However, in a move that would all but confirm his stunning fall from grace, the L’Equipe report goes on to claim that instead of continuing his career in France, he will make the move to the United States to see out his career with an MLS club.

Monaco appear to be coping just fine without him, as they currently sit in third place in the Ligue 1 table, albeit remain 17 points behind runaway leaders PSG.
