It’s on! Theo Walcott challenges Arsenal teammate Hector Bellerin to a race

After much debate over the past year regarding whether Theo Walcott or Hector Bellerin is the fastest, the two could be set to battle it out on the field in a race to find out once and for all.

Bellerin recently broke Walcott’s 40 metre sprint speed with a time of just 4.42 seconds, leaving Gooners to wonder who would flash over the finish line first in a straight up race.

And now it looks as though they will get their opportunity to find out after Walcott laid down the challenge to his young teammate after Bellerin proved in his own special way that he was the quickest of the two.

Theo responded to this crime by laying down the gauntlet, and though the video shows a great camaraderie in the squad, it goes without saying that they’ll be desperate to beat each other.
