The Yorkshire club have lost just two of their last 10 games, winning 3 and drawing five. Last time out they went down to a surprise 2-1 defeat to MK Dons and they will keen to bounce back as quick as possible.
They face a Wolves side that is unbeaten in five games but unable to convert draws into wins. Of those five games, four have ended all square, the only three points secured coming in a 2-1 win away to Rotherham.
Its been a difficult month or two for Wolves with the pressure starting to build on Kenny Jackett, but with his managerial pedigree in the lower leagues Wolves should be able to to start turning the draws into victories.
Last time out they drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest, a result that left them 14th in the standings 9 points off the final play off place.
60 minutes after events get under-way in Sheffield, Leeds United, Preston, Blackburn and Reading will all kick off.
Leeds will leapfrog Preston if they achieve just their third home win of the season. Steve Evans side are currently 18th in the table, two points behind 16th place Preston.
Both sides drew last time out with Leeds drawing 0-0 with Charlton and Preston picking up a point against Birmingham. Preston could climb as high as 12th with a win depending on results elsewhere.
Reading meanwhile have lost four of their last five games and are currently on a run of three successive defeats. The Berkshire outfit have dropped to 13th as a result and face a difficult task against in-form Blackburn as Brian McDermott makes a return to his former club following the dismissal of Steve Clarke.
Scoring has been a major club and the returning manager has made it his aim to get the Royals firing again.
Rovers are up to 11th on the back of an 8 game unbeaten run. Last time out they drew 0-0 with Nottingham Forest as the arrival of Paul Lambert has seen an upturn in form for the Lancashire club who are proving defensively strong having kept three consecutive clean sheets.
