Manchester United target Lucas Moura could be set to make a move to the Premier League as Paris Saint Germain will apparently allow him to move on should they receive a good enough offer to prize him away in January, according to French publication Buzzsport.
The Brazilian winger, who has so often been touted as a possible superstar, has failed to cement a regular first team spot at the club under Laurent Blanc, and though he had previously stated a desire to remain in the French capital, the lure of regular first team football could prompt him to move on.
Both United and Liverpool have been linked with a move for the 23-year-old, and Buzzsport claim that an offer in the region of £22million would be enough for PSG to allow access to his signature.
Laurent Blanc has resigned himself to losing the player, having tried on numerous occasions to get him to display some sort of consistency.
