Eden Hazard to wait on new Chelsea boss before deciding future

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is waiting to see who the club will appoint as their next long-term manager before deciding to commit his future, according to The Sun.

The Belgian’s boyhood idol Zinedine Zidane was handed the managerial hot seat at Real Madrid earlier this week, and ever since, rumours have risen suggesting that he could be on his way to the Spanish capital at the end of the season (via Sun).

However, Hazard penned a new four-year deal with the Blues less than a year ago (via Chelseafc.com), and is now said to be waiting to see who the club appoints as Jose Mourinho’s long-term successor before deciding what his next move will be (via Sun).

The 24-year-old scooped the PFA Player of the Year award last season as he helped Chelsea to a league and cup double (via Daily Mirror), but this term has struggled to recapture that form and has looked a shadow of the player he was.
