Arsenal have reportedly agreed a fee of £23million with Dynamo Kiev over the signature of Ukrainian international winger Andriy Yarmolenko, according to reports in the player’s homeland.

The 26-year-old has been consistently linked with a move to the Emirates and Ukrainian publication Sport now appear to believe that a deal has been struck.

The report claims that a fee has been agreed between the two clubs with the deal set to go ahead during the summer transfer window.

Kiev club president Ihor Surkis is keen to keep hold of him until the end of the season, but won’t stand in his way of moving on to progress his career elsewhere.

Premier League rivals Everton are said to be keen on agreeing a £21million move for the highly-rated winger, but they wanted to bring him to Goodison Park this month, only it now appears that the Gunners have beaten them to his signature.
