Chelsea outcast becomes latest tipped with deadline day exit

Chelsea could be about to ditch striker Radamel Falcao’s loan deal at the club early after reports emerged that Chinese club Jiangsu Suning are keen on landing his signature, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The Colombian joined the Blues over the summer on loan from French side Monaco, but has struggled for form and fitness during his spell at Stamford Bridge.

It had been suggested recently that he could return to the south of France ahead of schedule, but his latest injury put pay to that and his chances of recapturing the form that once made him one of the world’s most feared strikers looks to be lipping further away from him.

And following the arrival of Alexandre Pato last week, it now looks as though the 29-year-old is surplus to requirements in West London, and boss Guus Hiddink is said to be open to moving him on.

And the report suggests that Jiangsu are ready to make their play, but with the Chinese transfer window open for another four months, the deal is in no rush to be completed.
