Man City stalwart Yaya Toure to be offered £30m-per-year China move over the summer

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure is set to be offered a big money escape route to Chine this summer, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The report states that Jiangsu Sunning, who recently signed Chelsea midfielder Ramires in a £21million deal, are ready to make the Ivorian international a stunning offer of £30million-per-year after tax to join them and possibly see out the remainder of his career.

That means the player would stand to collect a whopping £576,923-a-week, which is more than double the £240,000-a-week he currently earns at City.

It is believed that Toure is ready to quit the club when Pep Guardiola arrives, after he famously sold the player when he arrived at Barcelona back in 2010.

Toure has scored 70 goals in 252 appearances for City across all competitions since that time, but there is a feeling that he has peaked in recent years and that City will have no problems in trying to attract a suitable replacement to take over.
