Chelsea superstar would snub Euro giants as he holds out for Real Madrid

According to reports, Eden Hazard would not jump ship and leave Chelsea for Paris Saint-Germain.

The Daily Mail report that the Belgian playmaker would likely snub the chance to move to the French giants should they move for his signature this summer, and would instead rather hold out for a move to Real Madrid.

Indeed, according to the report, it appears clear that Hazard’s desire to move to Real is greater than any desire to leave Chelsea, and despite a troubled campaign, he is not desperate to exit Stamford Bridge to any destination.

The 25-year-old was the star man last season as the Pensioners lifted the Premier League title under Jose Mourinho, scoring 14 goals and contributing nine assists.

However, the Belgian has struggled to ignite this term; he is yet to score and has contributed only two assists, becoming one of the key casualties of a troubled campaign for Chelsea.

Indeed, such is Hazard’s decline at Stamford Bridge, that he is no longer a guaranteed starter under interim coach Guus Hiddink. The Belgian international was only a substitute during the Blues’ 1-1 draw with Manchester United at the weekend, something that would have been unthinkable a year ago.
