Harry Redknapp touts departing Chelsea captain John Terry to a THIRD Premier League club

We all know that Harry Redknapp is a bit of a wheeler dealer…just don’t tell him that to his face.

The out-of-work ex-Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth boss must have missed the thrill of the January transfer window because he has taken on a role as John Terry’s unofficial agent in recent weeks.

Since the Chelsea captain announced earlier this month that he will not be offered a new contract to stay at Stamford Bridge, Redknapp has touted the 35-year-old to Arsenal and Manchester City!

And now Redknapp has encouraged one of his former clubs – West Ham United – to make a move for the veteran defender as they prepare for their first Premier League season at the Olympic Stadium.

“West Ham would be a good move for West Ham and John”, the Daily Mail quotes Redknapp, who has not been in management since he quit QPR a year ago, as saying. “He was at West Ham as a schoolboy.”

Barking-born Terry spent four years as a youth player at West Ham, but is Chelsea through and through and has insisted that he will not represent another English club if he continues his playing career.

You might want to try clubs in China or the MLS if you want a piece of the action, Harry!
