Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante has proven invaluable to the Foxes during their run to the top of the Premier League table. He’s one of the best all-around midfielders in the league and quietly one of its most dominant on the defensive side. Arsenal are all-too familiar with his skills and are going to try and compete for his services when the season is over.
According to the Metro, Arsenal are going to offer Leicester City £20 million for Kante this summer. The 24-year-old French midfielder is seen as a possible replacement for Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta if the two veterans don’t return next season.
Kante has been one of the biggest breakout stars in the Premier League this year, joining Leicester City from Caen for just £5.6 million this past summer. His incredible production in the Premier League this season has led to speculation that he could join the French national team for the first time of his career in the coming months.
