Barcelona’s Neymar reveals which world superstar he’d love to play alongside

Barcelona superstar Neymar has named Paul Pogba as the player he admires and who he’d like to have playing alongside him at the Nou Camp.

Speaking to La Liga’s official website, in an intimate interview, the Brazilian forward has extolled the virtues of the French powerhouse.

“I really like Pogba,” Neymar began, “and his way of doing things.

“I’d like to swap shirts with him, but I’d also like to play with him. Here at Barcelona, he’d do very well.”

Indeed, it’s easy to see why the 23-year-old midfielder would be a huge asset for the Catalan heavyweights.

The former Manchester United player, who moved to Turin in 2012 after failing to agree terms with the Red Devils, has enjoyed great success with the Old Lady of Italian football.

As well as winning over 25 French caps, Pogba has won three Italian titles with Juve—and looks set to claim another this season, with Massimiliano Allegri’s side currently sitting six points clear at the top of Serie A.

He has also lifted the Italian Cup in 2015, and helped Juventus to the final of the Champions League last season, before they were defeated 3-1 by Barca.

While Pogba is arguably more direct than the kind of midfielders Barca typically employ, he also possess the technical quality and the passing ability to fit in to the Catalans’ style and be a major asset for Luis Enrique’s side.
