Barcelona international has no desire to leave club, but does have one major complaint

According to reports in Spain, Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan is desperate to stay at the club, although he is keen on playing more for the Catalan giants.

The Turkish star signed for the Spanish heavyweights earlier in the season, however, he was made to wait for his debut, along with fellow new boy Aleix Vidal, as a result of Barca’s Fifa-imposed ban on registering new players.

Turan eventually made his debut in the derby against Espanyol, having finally been allowed to play from January 6.

The 29-year-old has steadily begun to acclimatise to his new surroundings, but has struggled to make an impact on the first team, making just 14 appearances in the league—of which nine have been starts—scoring twice and contributing three assists.

According to AS, both player and club are keen to make things work at the Nou Camp, although the Turkish international is keen to featuring more regularly for Luis Enrique’s reigning European champions.
